Made with pink grapefruit and mandarin oranges.  Think tart with a hint of cherry.  This would be a great paired with brea cheese over crackers or over a sweet raisin toast.  It would also be surprisingly amazing as a relish over catfish!  This is a sparkling jam made with a small amount of grapefruit vodka.
