New Grapefruit Marmalade!

Think tart with a kick and a hint of cherry! This is made with pink grapefruit, mandarin oranges, a small amount of grapefruit vodka. This would be awesome paired with brea cheese and crackers or over a sweet raisin toast. Would be surprisingly awesome as a relish over catfish! This is a unique marmalade that has a perfect blend of bitter & sweet!
